1. Scope and Provider

2. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The purchase agreement is only concluded upon our confirmation of the order by email.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. In addition to the product price, shipping costs will be incurred, which will be separately shown in the order process.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery takes place within Austria. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within the delivery times stated on the website after receipt of payment.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Consequences: We will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) without delay. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply (in Austria, 2 years from receipt of the goods).
8. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict of laws provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
